Kelmscott is now CASHLESS!

Kelmscott now uses +Pay, an online payment service, from IRIS ParentMail, that allows you to pay for school items and lunches quickly and easily on your smartphone via the MyEd App. From February half term all school trips will be payable using this method, this means that ALL parents/carers will need to have the MyEd app to connect to their cashless account. If you haven’t already downloaded the MyEd App, it is a free parent App that gives you a multitude of communication and information features to stay in touch with what is going on at school. The app gives you direct access to your child's timetable, achievement and behaviour record, and much more

Please follow the simple steps below to sign up for your cashless account or see the accompanying visual step-by-step guide:

If you already have the MyEd app:

  • Go to the 'STUDENTS' section of the MyEd app.

  • Tap the Payments button then follow the instructions to connect to your cashless account. If you experience any issues at this point it may be that we do not hold a current email address for you, please call the school to update this.

  • Once you have signed up you will be able to add money to your child's account for lunches and pay for trips and other school items.

If you do not already have the app:

  • On your phone, depending on the model, go to the App Store or Play Store, search for the MyEd app and tap to download it or use this link: https://www.myedschoolapp.com/

  • Once downloaded, follow the instructions to connect to Kelmscott School.

  • Please note you may have to wait 24 hours for your child's details to show in the 'STUDENTS' section of the app, so you may have to complete the next steps the following day. If after 24 hours you still cannot see your child's details, it may be that you are using a number that you have not registered with the school, or your parent priority status may need to be updated. In this case please ring the school's reception to update your details.

  • Go to the 'STUDENTS' section of the MyEd app, tap the Payments button then follow the instructions to connect to your cashless account.

Please note:

  • If you already have an old ParentMail account you will automatically connect without the need to register.

  • Your bank statement will display either the school name or ‘IRISPAY’, dependent on your payment method.
